Or you can use baby surface cleaners(or vinegar mixed with water) to wipe the surface as well. Please be sure to wipe with a dry cloth afterwards to keep the mat dry.

In short, no. The whole controversy started by a false accusation from a competitor in Korea but we have proved that our mats are completely safe for infants and toddlers by acquiring OEKO-TEX Standard 100, known as the most strict and trusted certification in the world. 

We perform weekly in house testing to ensure that our mats are free of harmful chemicals. 

All our products are steamed at high temperature before being packed so there is no need to clean them.

This warranty does not cover claims and damage from:

4. Abuse, neglect, carelessness, or accident

5. Caused by the modification or alteration of the product

Most orders are shipped from Southern California via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Some orders will be shipped from New York depending on the inventory level.

All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery and it takes 1-5 business days to deliver once they are shipped out. Please refer to the transit time map below.

At the time of order, our website will state the estimated ship date for all pre-orders and it will also be on your order confirmation email under the item description. Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email notification with tracking numbers.
